A concrete action plan from every consultation
You leave every consultation with an action plan - a concrete list of what to do next and in what order. Not with the feeling that we had a good chat but you are not sure what happens now.
A summary of what we covered - so you can come back to it a month later without having to remember any of it.
Concrete steps, not recommendations into thin air. Instead of “you should improve your search”, you get what exactly to set up, in which tool, and what to measure.
Order and priority. I mark what has the biggest impact for the least work, and what can safely wait. Most clients do not have the capacity to do everything at once.
What I can do and what is on you. For each step it is clear whether you can handle it internally, whether it needs a developer, or whether I can help with it directly.
I send the action plan by e-mail usually within 2 working days of the meeting. For audits it is part of the final report.
If anything is unclear, or the brief has changed in the meantime, get in touch and we will adjust the plan. It is not a document for the drawer.
So that nothing from the meeting gets lost, we can record and transcribe it with Fireflies, with your consent. It is not a condition - if you would rather not, I take notes by hand and it makes no difference to the result.
