How I use SaaS tools
A tool on its own solves nothing. Here is an overview of what I use, why that particular one, and when it makes sense for you too.
Less is more. Every extra tool is another place where data gets lost and something needs maintaining.
I adapt to what you already have. What I use is not a condition of working together. If your company has its own CRM or Slack, I work there.
Client privacy. For e‑mail and documents I deliberately choose an encrypted option.
Claude - an everyday working partner for analysis, research and preparing materials. I have built my own Skills for recurring tasks.
Gemini Notebook - when a lot of sources need processing at once and answers have to be tied to specific places in the documents.
Fireflies - recording and transcribing meetings so you get a summary and concrete steps after a consultation. Always only with your consent.
Proton - encrypted e‑mail and documents. When you send me access credentials or internal numbers, I do not want that passing through a service that analyses the content.
Slack - day-to-day communication during ongoing collaboration. Agreements and scope of work stay in e‑mail.
HubSpot - tracking partners and opportunities, so nothing gets agreed twice or not at all.
Luigi's Box - search and product discovery for e‑shops.
BlueWinston - automation of product PPC campaigns from a feed.
Google - Ads, Merchant Center and Analytics for campaign and e‑shop data work.
Alongside those, feed tools such as Mergado, DataFeedWatch, Channable, Feedoptimise and Koongo - depending on what makes sense for the specific project.
